2. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the product, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method after successful cancellation.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days, depending on payment provider or bank processing time.

4. Important Notes
